A Grade Quality Check

Once the order is placed, quality check of each product is our responsibility to ensure that our buyer receives the product in best condition leading to no returns.

Our quality check goes through various steps to make sure that no damaged product gets shipped to our buyers.

We understand the pain as logisitics charges are high while exporting and we do not want our buyers to go through the damaged product return process.

Here is some insight on our process:

  • Checker 1 selects the product from stock lot and check the damages.
  • Checker 2 then goes through various quality parameters for check the clothes like Torn, Strain, Size Proportions, Stitching, Fabric Quality, Smell, etc
  • Checker 2 counts the product and verify for final packaging.
  • Checker 1 then verify the product again finalized by Checker 2 and Checker 1 again do the counting before doing the final packaging.
  • We make sure the final packaging is done properly to ensure various weather conditions and rough handling of logistics.

Hassle Free Logistics

We provide various logistics services as per the permissable country laws.

We also provide doot to door services where it is possible and is the most expensive option.

We usually make sure that our shipment reaches to the shipping port as per the buyer terms within the time frame.

Our stock is packed in such a way that it can bear hard weather condtions and rough handling of shipments by logistics parter which is very common.

  • Water Resistant: 3 Layer packaging is used to make sure that products are safe. 1 plastic layer and 2 layers of Jute Bags)
  • Final Logistic Charges are always decided based on weight as per the common norms.
  • Correct Buyer information mentioning on each packaging bag is done.
  • Our Docker makes sure that pur paper work has all the correct details as per the final packaging.
  • Once the goods are dispactched, the receipt is received on time and shared with the buyer at earliest.

Transparent Payment Terms

Our payment terms are very clear and we make sure to communicate transparently to our buyers.

We provide all the paper work as per our buyer convenience to develop the trust and relationship so we can business for longer period of time.

We dont believe in one time business with anyone, we want our buyers to grow in thier business along with us.

  • 50% Advance is required to confirm the order.
  • Balance Payment is to be done at the time of of receiving BL (Bill of Lading). We share all paper work with docket number and other details.
